Message dated May 19 was received, stating the Governor read the                                    
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                              
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                           
                                                                                                    
          SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16 Supporting                                                 
          legislation before the United States Congress that                                        
          reaffirms the right of the states to regulate hunting
